Extended Stay Apartments make life much happier than living in a hotel for a month or more.    Or may be rented by the week or day. 
Our apartments are fully furnished with everything for daily living including all utilities, kitchens with equipment and dishes, bedroom linens and bathroom towels. 
Cable television and wireless internet is included. 
Laundry facilities on site as well as housekeeping services.

From efficiency size to very large two bedroom/two bath apartments, most corporate stays can be accommodated.  Modern elevator offers security codes for upper floors.


The building offers a full service restaurant, outdoor patio and large lobby.  A parking lot offers guaranteed space near the building in our historic downtown.

This apartment has a combination living room/dining bar/kitchen.   One Queen and one Full size bedroom each with a full bath is situated on opposite sides of the living area.   Bathrooms have shower/tubs.   This suite has a small sofa, two chairs, side table and lamps.   The Bar seats two.  The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, full sized refrigerator, coffee pot and all cooking and dining needs.   Kitchen towels supplied.

Included in the rental of this apartment is all utilities, cable TV, central air and wireless internet in the building.   The building has a coin operated laundry on the same floor (third floor).  The modern elevator is code controlled for security and privacy on each floor.   There is a large patio on the third floor and a large balcony shaded with an awning on the second floor for tenant use.   A lovely restaurant is located on the first floor along with a dress boutique. 
This apartment is suitable for two individuals, each with private room/bath.   No smoking.

Suitable for 4 people + a twin for a single.  Extra fee for more people.

As an extended stay apartment available monthly or weekly, all utilities including cable TV are furnished.  This apartment also has a washer and dryer.  Located on the fourth floor it has views over the city including the train yards and local park.

Contract Terms for all long term Guest Stays:    Monthly and weekly stay pricing available.   30 days advance notice of departure for monthly rate.   Deposits required on all apartments for damage and security.  Deposit refundable with adequate notice and satisfactory condition of apartment.  Partial months after the initial month will be billed at the same rate if we have 30 days notice of the extension.  Each apartment is  rated for the number of people per bed.  Any additional persons are not allowed and will be charged extra fees.   No Smoking.   Some suites may not be suitable for children.

We supply a simple contract  outlining term of stay, rate and deposit.
